RagsAdazzl Ragdoll Cattery
written health guarantee
UPDATED 2/09/2011
  • RagsAdazzl kittens will be altered before leaving
    my home, unless agreed otherwise.

  • HEALTH GUARANTEE:
  • RagsAdazzl kittens are eligible to receive a written
health guarantee for THREE  years, covering
congenital and hereditary defects (HCM AND PKD) and
a health record. Altering is also available.  Additional
fees may apply (ask for details). Kittens are covered for
    one year.

  • Kittens can not be de-clawed, go outside or health
guarantee will be voided. As de-clawing can change the
personality of the kitten and we feel it is inhumane.

  • We give our kittens the best food. We highly
recommend keeping them on Royal Canin or Wellness
kitten/cat food. We also recommend SWheat Scoop
litter. Clay based litters are extremely toxic.

We also give our kittens NuVet Plus. To learn more
about this wonderful product call or visit www.nuvet.com or
call 1-800-474-7044. If you order you can use order code
#92655, chose auto ship and you could receive a 15%
discount.

  • All vaccines are to remain up to date and current.
(Feline Distemper and Rabies Only). It is highly
recommended that Ragdolls not have the vaccine for
Feline Leukemia or FIP, as research has shown these
vaccines are known to cause an allergic reaction and
have caused death. Also these vaccines are modified
live vaccines and can cause symptoms or outbreaks of
the virus.  Giving the Feline Leukemia and/or the FIP
vaccine(s) will void the health guarantee.  It is also
recommended that the Feline Distemper and the Rabies
vaccine be given on separate days.

    _______
  • DEPOSITS & MONIES
  • Most kitten pet deposits are $400. Typically, my kittens
    start  at $750 and up.
  • Call or email for prices as I may have a special.

  • All deposits and monies paid are non refundable.

  • At the SELLERS discretion, the deposit may be
refunded or transferred to another kitten, due to the
    following circumstances:

  • 1.   In the event that Purchaser has placed a deposit on
a kitten  before it is born, and Seller does not have a
kitten born of the color/pattern/gender agreed upon,
then deposit can be refunded or Purchaser may choose
another kitten, if one is available.

  • 2. Once a kitten is placed on hold/deposit, the deposit
and all monies paid is not refundable or transferable if
purchaser changes their mind, unless agreed in writing.

  • 3.  As we all know, when placed under anesthesia,
there is always a risk. If this kitten should die during my
care and/or due to complications from surgery
(spay/neuter) deposit/monies paid will be transferred to
another kitten.  Please consider this risk carefully when
purchasing a kitten from a breeder that does NOT
spay/neuter their kittens before the kitten leaves their
    home. Also visit: cats.about.
    com/cs/spayneuter/a/earlyneuter_2.htm and/or other
websites to see the benefits of pediatric altering in
    kittens.

    email or call for pricing.

  • ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
  • RagsAdazzl accepts a variety of payments and payment
plans to fit your needs.  Please email or call for details.

  • RagsAdazzl realizes that the economy is not strong and
we are all looking for ways to save money  but not
wanting to compromise on quality or service.
RagsAdazzl always exceeds the superior care for your
next family member regardless of the economy.
  • ________________________________________________________

  • When calling around looking for your next family
    member, ask the breeder:

  • 1) How they care for their kittens and adults.  I have
seen first hand another breeder keeping kittens and
    adults in a closet.

  • 2) Ask them if they have had ringworm in their adults or
    kittens and sell them regardless.

  • 3) Sometimes the mother and/or kitten needs our help
for survival when kittens are being born. How can the
breeder do this when they hold a full time job outside of
raising their kittens. I know first hand of a breeder that
left clay clumping litter in an expectant mothers litter box
and lost the whole litter. This could have been avoided,
had the breeder been there to help.

  • 4) Do they spay/neuter their kittens before the kitten
leaves their home? If not, why? I will tell you why.
Because it takes time and money from the profit of each
kitten to have the surgery performed. If the kitten died
during surgery the breeder would have to replace the
kitten.  If you are considering purchasing a kitten from a
breeder that does not spay/neuter, do you think they
will replace the kitten if something should go wrong?
Ask, I'm sure they will say NO. I recommend you google
the benefits of early altering in kittens and you will
agree that the benefits out way the risks.

  • Then ask yourself,  Do you think this is a breeder you
can trust in the purchase of your new family member?

  • You may not think that these are important questions,
but these are more important than the price of the
kitten, because they will have a negative effect on your
wallet in the future, your heart and most of all your
    family.

  • You owe it to yourself and your family to have the
BEST! Because you deserve it!Please keep in mind when
trying to compare our l kittens to kittens from another l breeder, there
    is no comparison!
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM A BREEDER IN AUGUST 2010, THAT WAS
UPSET WITH WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN ABOVE. THIS BREEDER FELT THAT
I WAS REFERRING TO HIM/HER AND HIS/HER CATTERY (NOTICE THAT I
HAVE NOT LISTED ANY NAMES, NEVER HAD). THIS BREEDER WANTED
ME TO POST ON THIS PAGE THAT THIS BREEDER CAGES THEIR
KITTENS UNTIL 4 WEEKS OF AGE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE EATING
AND USING THE LITTER BOX...ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT IF THE SHOE FITS
WEAR IT.  AGAIN, I WILL NOT POST NAMES EVEN THOUGH THIS
BREEDER GAVE ME PERMISSION.
